One dedicated TC per agent
- Responsiveness. Reach us by text, email, phone. Text preferred for the quickest response, email for the least chance of it getting missed or for anything sent after hours. We usually respond within an hour, sometimes minutes, 3-4 hours maximum.
- Expertise. Our TCs have been producing agents themselves, and have managed thousands of transactions and listings in multiple states. We spot trouble before it starts, if we’re kept in the loop. We are not admins–we are experts here to support you and your business.
- Partnership. We encourage you to treat your TC like your business partner. The more we know about how you like to work, your client, the listing or transaction, the better we can serve you and less risk of error. If you know it, we probably should be looped in too. Text screenshots are welcome–make it simple and part of your process.
- Thoroughness. We ensure your documents are compliant and accepted, and your commission/fees are correct with your broker as well as the closing agent. We do everything we can to ensure you and your clients are protected, and you get paid. Note, we still request you do a final review of all closing statements, CDAs etc to ensure there are no errors. We don’t always get the correct info, or get looped into a change, and we are human.
- Communication. We create a text thread with you and your clients, as well as one with you and the cooperating agent agent/TC (if needed), so everyone stays in the loop. We name them by the property address, so they’re easy to find.
- Fairness. If you have a need, we want to hear about it and see if we can help. Give us your feedback and your pain points. We will listen and are flexible whenever possible.
- Transaction Portal. You’ll have access to all deadlines, documents and (clickable!) contacts for each listing and transaction, right in your mobile-responsive portal. Bookmark it, save it to your phone’s home screen, use it whenever you like.
- Calendar Feed. Deadlines and events are automatically entered on your digital calendar, complete with addresses and notes. You’ll also receive text reminders for the most important ones.
- Weekly Summaries. Every Sunday morning, you’ll get a summary of deadlines for all your listings and transactions (even agreement expiration dates and response deadlines!), and buyer purchase anniversaries. It even has a chart of your pipeline and what you’re on track to sell this year.
- Less Stress. We make everything as easy as possible for you. Only one link is needed to order any services, refer an agent, or leave us feedback. We offer multiple service packages and service offerings, as well as ways to pay for them. We use your apps for document drafting/signing. We share a Google Drive folder with you, containing all closed/terminated files, and we keep them for at least 5 years: docs, text threads, emails, transaction data included. And more!
