Meet the Founder
Trena Cook
A Southern Illinois native, Trena has also called Southern Indiana and Middle Tennessee home, and now lives in sunny Central Florida!
With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Trena spent 17 years as a Geriatric Physical Therapist. As a side hustle, she served small business owners as a digital marketing specialist before getting licensed in real estate in 2015. She sold real estate in Middle Tennessee for years before moving to Florida. Rather than start over building her sales database there, she decided to do what she enjoys most and really excels at: Transaction and Listing Management!
Trena has been coordinating transactions since 2021, managing around 2,000 transactions and listings across multiple states and brokerages. She keeps her Tennessee license active, using it only for the occasional referral and agent mentoring. In 2026, she launched Sorted TC so agents can count on a true business partner behind the scenes, with everything handled.
Trena lives in the Tampa area with her husband, a Business Consultant, and their beloved Maltese dogs. Her hobbies include golf, scuba diving, travel, reading, dining out with friends, and quiet nights in with the family watching TV.
